Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is the Catholic Church’s process for welcoming adults into the faith through prayer, instruction, and community involvement, culminating in the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. It is a journey of conversion for those unbaptised, those baptised in other Christian denominations, or Catholics who have not completed their initiation sacraments. The process typically involves weekly meetings over several months, leading to a special celebration at the Easter Vigil.
If you are interested in enrolling for RCIA or just want more information, please fill in the form and we will get in contact with you.
How to find us & Transport to Church
Please contact us blandford@prcdtr.org.uk or donald.nwaka@prcdtr.org.uk either if you would like to attend Mass but have no transport or if you know of someone in this situation. We will do our best to help.
How to find us
Blandford has a ring-road, and if you follow signs for “town centre” you will find yourself on a one-way system through the town.
Following the one-way system you will at some point go through the Market Square with the old parish church and the Town Hall:
